REDI has been working with a dozen developers over the past two years to deliver much needed industrial space to the Redmond market.  Lawnae Hunter along with Project Manager Jonathan Keith, are working on a project called the Red Barn Industrial Center. This project includes three speculative development buildings with over 42,000 sf in multiple stages of completion. The Red Barn will provide inventory ranging in size from 13,000 to 16,000 sf of industrial space.
