Land Board Approves 945-Acre Annexation
Great news for growth in Redmond. The annexation agreement recently signed by the State of Oregon Land Use Board – made up of the Governor, Treasurer and State Secretary – was a culmination of many years of work and collaboration between the City, REDI, Deschutes County, the Department of State Lands, private business and Mayor George Endicott. The land that will be made available following annexation will give Redmond one of, if not the strongest, industrial land inventories in the State.
