The Bend - Redmond metropolitan area tied for the largest percent increase in GDP growth of all the metropolitan areas in the nation! According to the Bureau of Economic Analysis's (BEA) new 2016 Gross Domestic Product (GDP) statistics, real GDP growth in all metropolitan areas ranged from the lowest at -13.3% in Odessa, Texas to the highest increase at 8.1% in Bend-Redmond, Oregon.
